Set Of Conspiracy Postcards. TO WIN!
Everyone who re-tweets the original tweet will go into the draw. And I swear, on the comic cloud God, that it will be done honestly. Trust me, I'm an artist!
I will post each set to the winners anywhere in the world. No worries there. There are 2 sets to be won. Also I will also do a wee drawing on the blank card as well.
The draw will be done on the 3rd of December.
You can see a detail of one of the cards front & back below.
I think that's it.......
Good luck!

Pho Poster...Nearly finished.
A poster for the new site in Balham South London. Which is opening tonight (Friday 21st November). The pen work is done. And oddly I started the colour pass by doing the beer poster...who would have thought!!!?
Pho Poster Comp...
Each location of the restaurant has its own bespoke 'Pho Cart' poster. There are now 14 in total. With each image I've tried to reflect both the location through the building itself and the street food cart outside.

Banh Mi.
The good people at Pho have opened a new Vietnamese street cart outside their St Pauls branch selling the toe curlingly good Banh Mi. Last one there...errr......goes to the back of the line.....

Da Yoof.
The opening of a wee strip that will be in the next issue of the always splendid 'Your Days Are Numbered' mag.
Mmmmmmm. Cricket.
Played the penultimate game of the season on Sunday. It was played with IPL style bails that flash when dislodged. I managed to get them sparkling twice. Happy days.
Comic panels.
One of my site specific comic strips based on historical events along the East Sussex coast.
When the last two are installed I shall post a map of where you can see all five works.

Comic Workshop
Was invited, the wonderful Elsbeth, to run a comic workshop the other day which was located at the harbour masters office on the lip of Rye Harbour. Plenty of nautical based comics were drawn....

Talented People Alert.....!
Seven of the 10 illustrators of the 'Hoax' project, along with the brains behind the book, gathered in London at Gosh Comics to sign and squiggle.
From left to right: Me, Rozi Hathaway, Karrie Fransman, Ian Jones, Razi Thornton, Rian Hughes, Hannah Berry & Mark Stafford.
Feel the quality......
Cricket is the winner. Sometimes.
I play for the mighty Iden 2nd XI. And as vice captain, write the reports for the local newspaper.
This week after a terrible loss, I decided pictures would be the best route to go....

Memorial. Dungeness.
Took a wee walk in Dungeness. In the middle of nowhere, in Britain's only desert, is this memorial to a Polish WW2 pilot who crashed and perished in his fighter plane.
This inspired me to draw the Comica winning 'Sand Dunes And Sonic Booms'.

Absolutely chuffed to be in the YDAN show at Orbital. And then I'm showing next to Shakey Kane! Don't mind if I do!

HOAX Psychosis Blues
Ravi Thorntons's wonderful book was released last week. As you can see there are some stella names involved with the project and I'm deeply honoured to be part of it
Based on a true story it's an intensely moving and personal account of a young man's journey through recovery, relapse and ultimate release.
The book can be ordered through 'Ziggy's Wish'

Work in Progress....
Working up an number of things at the moment. Here's the start of one project which features my nervous introduction to Random House when my first book 'The Art Of Pho' was due to be launched.
Hopefully people who have sat in the lobby will remember that feeling!
National Geographic Learning
I was delighted to be commissioned by Karen Spiller & Diane Nicholls to draw some more single tone 'strips' that were to be used in the National Geographic Learning 'Life' programme for English Language Teaching.
It's been great to hear how well they have been received!

Shaun Tan.
On a rather grey day the lovely Shaun Tan rubs my nose in it from sunny Australia over my toast in the morning.
Cheers fella.
The Goons!
The late Spike Milligan was the president of Rye rugby club 'The Goons'.
They are starting up a Sunday cricket side skippered by Warren Downs who asked me to design a wee badge for them. As skipper of Iden CC, a Saturday league cricket team just up the road from Rye, I put my local rivalry aside and look forward to pulling on the Goons cap on a Sunday.

Your Days Are Numbered.
Cold drinks were taken in Brighton on Tuesday when I met one of the brains behind the excellent magazine Your Days Are Numbered. A certain Steve Turner. Who's knowledge of comics frankly scares me.
I've have been kindly asked to draw a front cover for the magazine which will be seeing the light of day a little later in the year.
